Power backup for home solution.

Purchased the generator online and received it in excellent condition. The power ratings are exactly what I need to power most of my home appliances.
After suffering through multiple hurricanes, I am finally confident I found the product I was looking for. I am happy with the quality and the fit and finish. Solidly build and a 3 year warranty tells me Westinghouse stands by their product.

Impressive...set up an minutes started on 2nd pull.
Ran test using appliances, absolutely no issues.
Now await forecasted active hurricane season.

Outstanding Performance

I just had electricians hook this generator up to power our entire 2,000 SF home and when they fired it up, everything worked 3 ton A/C, 2 refrigerators, 3 bedrooms, all appliances, lights...EVERYTHING. And it didn't seem that the generator was straining to maintain power. The electricians verified that this model was top of the line (and they sell another product). True statement, one of the electricians was so impressed, he's considering purchasing the same unit. It was easy for me to assemble (I'm 72 years young) and pre-flighting was effortless. It is loud, but that's to be expected, so I'm going to build a sound box. All in all, we're totally satisfied and this unit exceeded our expectations. We honestly hope we never have to use it, but if we do, we know we'll remain comfortable during a power outage.

New generator

Bought this 2 weeks ago, started right up no problems. Getting a transfer switch to see if I can power my furnace/AC. Very happy right now, will send updates once I try everything attached to it

Powerful and easy to use

I purchased this unit recently after researching generators for several weeks and chose the 9500 as it best fits my needs. Easy to assemble, ran perfectly on first try and was quite easy for my electrician to hook up to the house electric panel. Have run the unit several times on trial basis and no issues. Purchased as a house backup and hope I don't have to use it often but am very confident it will run well in an emergency.
I would recommend this to a friend!
