This was purchased to replace my smaller generator.
The assembly was quick and easy. This unit is balanced better so moving it is much easier than my other generator. The battery connection was plug together therefore a no brainer. I use it for home backup so the starting wand isn't used like a jobsite but is handy. Overall it does the job, fairly quiet for a big generator. I like the muffler on the end. Overall it's a good machine.

The quality and performance of our Westinghouse iGen4500 during hurricane Beryl greatly influence our decision to upgrade to the WGen9500c. We live in the greater Houston area, and we were without power for more than 5 days. The iGen4500 kept our refrigerator and freezer running flawlessly. We are confident that for the next major storm, we will be better prepared with the WGen9500c as our primary emergency power backup. The new generator arrived in pristine shape and was very easy to assemble for service.

Just purchased my WGEN9500C generator and it's amazing. Very easy to assemble and start. The start and stop key flob saves multiple trips back and forth to the generator. I'm very happy with my purchase.
