Battery was already hooked up. It was dead and won’t charge. Battery Charger that’s supposed to be included is missing. I can pull start the unit. Will be calling for help to see what support will be provided.

RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR IN CASE OF POSSIBLE OUTAGES FROM HURRICAINES OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF POSSIBLE OUTAGE. ITS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEED AND SAVED US A TON OF MONEY VS BUYING A GENERAC
