Ordered my WGen9500 a week ago and got it delivered today. First impression is excellent: solid product, great documentation, very easy to assemble and set up. Had it put together and ready to be fired up in a few minutes.

I just bought this for back up in case of a hurricane in SWFL. It was well packaged, installation of wheels and stands was a breeze. It came with all the correct parts and started on the 1st try by pushing the start button. The user manual is clear and easy to follow. Can’t wait to see it in action. So far, I’m a very happy customer.

Very east to assemble, and very easy to start

Tried the manual start and was happy with how easy it was to pull the rope and it stared with only one easy pull. The generator WGen9500 which I bought has all the electric cord connections that one might need.
I would recommend this to a friend!
