Great Generator!

I bought this as a backup power supply to my house and am glad I did. Within a week of purchasing the power went out and I was able to start this up with no problem and power the entire house! Runs like a champ and is much quieter than I expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

BAD OUT OF THE BOX

One of the two rubber feet fell off (wrong nut & bolt). Battery disconnected by hidden connector BEHIND Control Panel (Not documented in product literature). Battery charger had bent prongs & could not be plugged into a US outlet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to set up, started right up, runs quiet, provides excellent power. I am confidently prepared for the hurricane season. I would buy it again.

Hopefully what we need

Bought this for Hurricane season, just in case. Put the wheels on, oil and gas...cranked right up. Push button start is a really nice feature. Be interested to see how long it will run on a tank a gas...if we ever need it. Hopefully it will like new in 20 years because we never needed it.

Ready for Hurricane Season

We purchased this generator after we had a transfer switch professionally installed. It will power the house, including our central AC, in the event of a prolonged power outage. Fingers crossed we will never need to use it, but knowing we have it in the garage ready to go gives great piece of mind.

We have not used it yet other briefly connecting to our new transfer switch, but have run it and become familiar with all of the operating features and maintenance procedures. It easily provides enough power to run all 10 of our circuits.
Easy to operate and the remote start feature is excellent. The manual pull start is nearly effortless. We are ready for the eminent PG&E shut downs this fall.
