Great Features Indeed!

I ordered this on the 17th of this month and it arrived before the ETA, good start. I unpackaged the generator, installed front support legs and the wheels. Added the supplied oil and double checked the level. added gas, connected the battery. Done!
Energized the unit and hit the start button once and it fired right up! Tested with small load and it is good to go, I'm a very happy camper. :o)

Outstanding Capability

The generator packs a lot of power for a relatively small piece of equipment. It stores in the corner of the garage. While putting the generator together, we ran into a slight snag, so we called Customer Service, which was amazingly helpful, kind and actually enjoyable to work with. The part we did not find in the bag (the key) was tied to the ignition in order to better protect it from loss during shipment and assembly. During the call, Adam offered several other tips to help get the most from the product. We hope we don't have to use it, but we feel more prepared this year going into hurricane season in Florida.

Simple startup and run

On the second of July we bought this generator. It was delivered ten days later to our door. We are waiting for the electrician to do his work to provide power to the house, but the start up of the generator was so easy I couldn't wait to give a review.
The documentation provided with the generator was so simple. The steps had us gas it up, add oil, make the battery connections, flip the switches and push a button and the generator sprang to life. We shut it off and then used the remote, again instant response.
Now everything could go wrong later and I will be back to say if that is so however the most critical part of my non-mechanical fears are resolved. It was so easy.

Quickstart

Bought this a few days ago was amazed at the ease of attaching the wheels and stands. Also impressed with the functional handle. After the battery was charged the next day ;the most fun was the Quickstart with the key fob! I was on my back porch and hit it and the generator was in the garage some distance away and it started right up! I’ll be using this for the back up for my well if it loses power. It will work in tandem with an inverter. So glad I did not have to buy a generator as large as a small car.
