Luckily we haven't had to use the generator since we bought it but it appears to be solid. Followed the simple assembly directions for the wheels then added oil and fuel. She started right up with a push of the button and ran beautifully. Did notice rust blisters on the top of the control panel so that will have to be sanded down and repainted at some point. Biggest complaint was with the shipping. The generator was clearly stored upside down because although they drained the oil, the little bit left inside ran out and was all over the top left corner and the control panel. The frame rail was also all scratched up (More Painting Will Be Needed) and the silica bag placed in the box was torn open and the silica beads were everywhere. Had to ensure none got into the generator before starting.
I just purchased this generator online. It was delivered within 8 days, a day earlier than originally stated. This was great as we are in the middle of hurricane season. I unpacked the generator upon delivery to find everything as it should be. Very easy assembly all I had to do was; put on the 2 wheels and 2 feet which could not have been easier, I placed oil in the generator (oil came with the generator), gassed it up, connected the battery, opened the fuel line, turned the on button, pressed the start button and it started right up. I was pleasantly surprised as I did not think the battery would be charged allowing me to use the electric start. The generator is easy to move around on its large wheels. I am happy I made this purchase after researching a multitude of other like generators.
Purchased this generator after 6 days without power due to a tropical storm. Wanted a unit that would serve as a whole house backup. This unit does the trick. Easy to operate and efficient.
This thing is a BEAST. It has everything you need except for the kitchen sink. Power to run most anything you need and enough room left over for a neighbor to tap into it for some critical needs.
