Just received this generator and I am impressed with how easily it is to unpack, set up, and test run. Great labeling to help operation, and the owners manual is full of helpful info including electrical schematics, parts list, and troubleshooting instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago, I am extremely happy with the packaging and easy setup. Keychain remote start feature is very useful, and the included battery charger!

It's a beast!

Love this backup generator. Was a replacement for an old 30 amp predator that was giving us issues. This Westinghouse 50 amp can power the whole house during power outages. Well pump, sump pump, fridge, laundry. And it's quieter than I would have expected. Haven't tried the remote start yet. That's a fun upgrade. These things just keep on getting better and better. Feeling optimistic and ready for the next storm.

Mislead by others

Everybody told me to be careful of Westinghouse generators, but I can tell you from the start I couldn't imagine using any other generator. It's not to heavy not to big and not to loud the handle for rolling it around could be a bit diffrent but I am abnormally tall so on average I'm sure it's grate for people under 6.5. I can not wait to see what else Westinghouse house has to offer in other products
