Just purchased it so have little experience with it but it seems to be a good product. Once assembled it started right up so....so far so good. As time goes on, I will be able to judge it more specifically

I replaced my 9 year old generator the this 9500 unit and it is such a great generator. It came in great shipping packaging and was easy to assemble, great direction and very easy to do. Just got thru running it on our 30 hour power outage and it run flawlessly. Certainly recommend this generator to anyone looking at this unit!

I have on this generator for three years and it has come in handy many several times when we’ve lost power here in Central Virginia. Only thing I have to say is to remember to keep up with maintenance! After that it pretty much does the trick.
