This generator does everything that we need it to do. It is very easy to tie in to a transfer switch and power the whole house. While it doesn't have enough power to run everything, the essential things (refrigerator, freezers, lights etc) are no problem to run full time and with just a little load balancing you can run a/c. With the frequent outages in CA, a good generator is a must have. Very happy with the purchase.

Our Westinghouse WGen9500DF generator arrived in great condition and unboxing and setup were very easy. This generator has all of the features important to us in a generator - dual fuel, electric start, battery charger with its own input jack, remote start key fob, and most importantly, the power to run most of our major appliances and downstairs A/C unit simultaneously in the event of a power outage. We live in a humid region of the country and the ability to run the A/C during a power outage is a must. The three year warranty and lifetime nationwide technical support are also a plus.

Just received this generator this month and it is a very nice unit. I have owned Generac and Champion and this generator is nicer than both. The features are excellent for a generator in this price range. Highly recommended.

Many features ,starts easily, robust generator. Happy Overall. Couple of things could be improved: Location of 50 amp Plug poorly located above wheel, Receptacle covers are flimsy rubber, Service Hotline number is not 24hr only 9-5 monday to friday,

I bought this after Hurricane Sally came through and we lost power for almost 2 days. I look forward to the next storm that comes to try and ruin my day amd seeing what this generator can really do.
