Seems to be a good product

Ordered the generator and got it in a couple days. Seems to be built well. It was easy to
assemble and runs great. Only reason for 3 stars is that it was supposed to have a bonus cover that you get for writing a review. I was informed that it is not available. Very disappointed that I cant get it.

Easy to start with electric start button feature

Love the electric start button and remote start choices as I always have hard time to pull the manual start because it requires certain amount of physical strength.

Fantastic product!

I haven’t had to use this in a power outage yet but we did do a test and I am confident this generator will be reliable and perfect for my families needs. The set up was so easy and It started up perfectly and powered everything we needed. The generator was much quieter than our old generator and the remote control is wonderful. I’m not wishing for a power outage but when one happens I’m more confident freezers will stay frozen and we will be comfortable

starts easily

Bought this and runs great. Only issue was starting instructions left out need to connect plug wires for battery.

Feeling safer if another hurricane hits

We got the Wgen9500, gas powered with electric start. It arrived quickly and runs great. We're feeling much less anxious about, and more prepared for the next storm now that we've got 9500 watts. We were without power for a week last time. Having this Wgen9500 is definitely a comfort.
