The generator works great. Is easy to use and is made of great materials. The only thing missing would be making it smart with Wifi connectivity. But overall the product is almost perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid Generator

Very nice product! It literally took me 20 minutes to assemble, add oil & gas, and start it up for the first time. The remote control start is a real bonus and will be very helpful during prolonged power outages. The only reason I am not giving four stars is because of the lack of response from technical support. I called on Saturday and it is now Thursday night and no one has gotten back to me for what turned out to be a really simple question that my electrician was able to answer. Otherwise, I love this generator!

High quality

I bought this a month ago as a backup generator for 2 200 watt breaker panels. it seems like high quality and i like the fact that you can plug in the battery into a wall outlet to charge so it doesnt go dead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

From looks this unit is well made!! Alot quieter than my old champion generator! Very happy and glad I got this!! Had my eyes on the 9000 ipower but glad I pulled the trigger on this!!

I bought this a month ago and I haven't really needed it yet but I just set it up today and I was able to set it up quickly and starting it was a breeze using the key fob.
