Easy to use

Easy to unbox, super easy to assemble, and started up right away! Glad it has a larger gas tank and more power. Our electrician was impressed with it, and the remote starter! (Just remember to buy your power cord, we got a 50amp 20ft. cord on Amazon.)

Ordered this generator over the summer took a loooong time to get it. But had a power outage a few weeks ago and it started right up and ran my entire house. easy to set up and so far, reliable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and everything i need

I purchased this for my food truck and it powers it with no problem and never even here the generator bog down at all and it takes almost every bit of the 9500 watts to run the truck couldn't ask for anything better thanks for the best generator I've ever had

Upon receipt I tried to get the generator running. The battery doesn't charge, so the electric start and the remote start do not work. I tried to get assistance but have not heard back from Westinghouse. I can manually start the unit, and it runs well. It is relatively quiet and can be moved pretty easily, with the fold up handle extension. I haven't needed it yet, but I believe it will do what I need. Now, if I could only get some customer support!
