First time portable gen owners. Very easy to use and lots of information out there to fall back on. Easy set up, runs quieter than expected. Solid construction. If you are newbies to the portable generator scene, you will not be disappointed with this one. Worth every penny!

9500 - 12500 watts should be enough to handle just about anything you need to power.
