Just in case!!!

The box arrived after about 10 days late damaged. But no damage to generator. Followed instructions to assemble and prep generator for starting. Instructions were easy to follow and thorough. Generator fired up first try. Tried all 3 methods of starting. All worked. Ready to power up in case of power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy and Powerful

Been looking to purchase a generator for a while. Compared lots of models and the Westinghouse 9500c checked all the boxes! Easy assembly, straightforward directions and cranks and runs great! I cranked manually (first pull), with the electric start and with the remote with NO problems. I have operated it under various loads and it has handled all without a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product (WGen9500c) is as advertised. Heavy construction. Well packaged. Wheel kit easy to install. Came with engine oil, funnel, spark plug wrench, open end wrench and a battery charger. Manual is very good and loaded with safety information. Delivery was actually a day earlier than first estimated. Was really impressed by the many reviews by others, giving high rating. Haven't had time to put it to the test yet, but anticipate its performance to be as expected. if anything less, then will re-post a review. My 5 star review is based on the quality of product thus far.

Problem staying on

Used for 2 hours after I received product. Worked great.
Then our power went out on 8/26/2023.
Started generator and would run for 10 - 20 seconds then shut off.
I am calling customer service on 8/28/2023 to discuss
