Got this unit after 7 days of no power from utility. Button start fired up instantly after fuel and oil added and ran at rated voltage and gave power desired. Very impressed!

I just received my new generator. It was packaged perfectly. All I had to do was put on two wheels and front supports. Added the included oil, filled with gas and it started right up with no problems. Tested all receptables and everything worked perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generator has good power but might be a dud.

Received generator and assembled. Began break-in process. Everything worked as it should. Ran great. Unfortunately towards the end of the process it began making a screeching kind of gritty noise. Could be the brushes or a bearing in the alternator causing it. Very disappointing to have problems with a new and expensive product. Hope this company stands behind there warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
