Easy to set up and use, and arrived as advertised. Plan to hook up to a transfer switch to run most items in my house, and it seems like this generator will handle with ease.

Great look, better operation

I ordered this a week ago during a winter storm that caused us to lose power for 3 days. Very minimal assembly and clearly written instructions. I have no wired in a power inlet box to have the generator run my whole house off the breaker panel. Carries the load well with no issues.

I bought the Wgen9500 before a potential ice storm. I purchased this generator because it is large enough to handle most of my electrical needs if the power goes out. We did not loose power and therefore have not had an opportunity to use it. I was impressed that it came with a instruction manual, tools to assemble wheels, legs and oil for the engine. It was very easy to assemble and easy to start. It appears to be a well built unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Winter Storm February 2021

I bought this unit because we are prone to Hurricanes here in the Rio Grande Valley. But when the hard freeze hit South Texas we were without power for 4 days. The unit was a life saver. It kept our lights, portable stove and heater working. We were even able to share it with our neighbors. It made a world of difference to all of us. The unit ran for in 12 hour intervals between rest periods. I thank God for giving us the insight to order your generator. The Westinghouse generator deserves the highest rating possible. It saved two households from utter disaster. Thank You. Thank You.
