Just purchased this generator. We will be testing it out soon. Item arrived on time with no physical issues and we can’t wait to get it started so we are ready for hurricane season.

Product arrived and was packaged well for transport.
Like supporting doucumentation that came with product.
50 amp power plug is in a bad spot. Difficult to connect power cord.
Power cord rubs on tire. Had to take tire off in order to connect.
looking forward to using product .

Purchase process was smooth and delivery was great. Setup was a breeze. Prepped and ready for power loss for the entire house now.
