Generator was quite easy to set up. I was pleased with the directions and the many options this unit has to track usage time for maintenance.

After several power outages, we FINALLY purchased a generator. This WGen9500 is easy setup and maintain. It easily powers our house during power outages. Very happy with our purchase

I bought a WGen7500df 3 and a half years ago. If I had any issues the customer service was exceptional. I used it in Texas all summer at the deer lease in extremely hot weather to run my a/c and power in my camper. I bought this updated WGen9500c because of the customer service.

Did a lot of comparison the Wgen9500 model was very highly rated. I'am glad I chose the Westinghouse. It is easy to move around and very powerful

I had this for about a month and so far so good. I love the option of switching from propane to fuel. Remote start is very convenient also. Noise is not as loud as my old Honda generator. Glad I purchased this one.

It does have great features

I bought this a few days ago have yet to put it through a real test. But it is loaded with great features. It has a fob, electric start, battery charger, and a real neat feature. Called a smart switch ready. Will have to buy that separate but well worth it if you hookup to your house to kick gen on off when regular power kicks on and off. Worth the money
