I bought this generator last week and it is better than I expected. Reading the manual allowed me to find the ease of use and operation of this product. This is my fourth generator and it is the best I have owned.

I live at 4,000 ft and need to change the carburetor jet. It's not simple but the video instructions are good. My only reason for removing a star is that the operators manual is not clear on when you need to unbond the neutral from the frame (consult a qualified electrician is not helpful) and doesn't give you a sticker to indicate this, if you do so. My generator ties into a Backup Power Transfer Meter, so yes, they recommended unbonding the neutral.
