We bought this to prepare for upcoming hurricane season and have not used but like the features. We are just now uncrating it and getting ready for hurricane season. Hope we don't have to use it but we are prepared.

Has all the features I require and more

This my second WGen9500 after unfortunate problems with an earlier model. However all is forgiven and I am more than happy now and hope that it will power my house for years to come. It hs been installed and all have to do is use the change-over switch.

Whole House Backup Generator

I bought the WGEN9500 as a reliable backup power source if/when we need it in potential hurricane country. It's strong enough to cover my A/C and 2/3 of my house -- happy with the investment

Excellent Generator

Unfortunately power in the neighborhood seems to go out more than in the past. I am so happy with this purchase. The ease to setup was as easy as it gets. I bought the generator to power the whole house if an outage occurs. It does just that. Very happy with my purchase.

I haven't had an opportunity to use this yet but there are a lot of great features that come with this, like the remote start and the push-button start. Not much assembly involved.
