Bought this during a power outage. Brought it home, checked the oil and filled with gas. Fired it up and ran it for a week with no issues!

Easy to use & super reliable.

Purchased after Ida last year to be ready for 2022. After carefully looking at my home's energy usage, discovered that this unit will power our whole house with room to spare (minus the central AC). We will be able to stay comfortable at night with the use of a portable AC. After following common break-in procedure, and having tested it once a month since purchase, I feel 100% confident that this generator will get my family through any outage we encounter. To ensure this, I'm using ethanol free gas and change the oil every 4 months or 40 hours of use.

Packing was good, no damage to the unit. After oil & gas, unit fired right-up. Varied the load per instructions and no problems.
