Solid Equipment

This generator is a solid piece of equipment. I have another well know brand that I have used in several storms, hurricanes, thunderstorms and the deep freeze in Texas. I needed one that would power the entire house, and this one does the trick. Much quieter than my other one too. Nice piece of equipment!

Well packaged and assembly of the two feet and wheels took less than five minutes with the provided wrench. Added oil and fuel and connected the battery and followed the start up instructions. It started up on the second try with the electric start. Runs quieter than another brand of generator I owned before handles the electrical load very well. Very satisfied.

Good value and product setup

I’ve had it one year with no trouble during the maintenance use only. Only running it as required to keep the fuel system clean. The purchasing set up was very good and so far customer support over email or telephone has been acceptable. Time will tell how it runs under emergency use and long-term maintenance. I did have one problem with it starting up on electric start but I manually push the choke to the far close position and then it worked on automatic start.
