I just had my house wired up with a power transfer switch and it easily powered my entire house. As per my electricians recommendation I should use either the AC, Electric Stove or Electric Dryer but not all three at the same time (1 of 3) and I will have no problems. It was using 40 of the 80 AMPs available. Both of us were impressed.
All I had to do was to install the wheels and feet and connect the battery and it was ready to go! Remote start will be very useful! It is fairly quiet in operation, much quieter than a smaller Coleman that I previously had.
Bought this due to 3 lengthy blackouts and decided I'm too pampered to deal with no septic, water, A/C, edible food. This should power up whatever I need easily.
Haven't had a chance to use it yet but strangely looking forward to it.
I bought this to run my house during a hurricane. The 50 amp outlet lets me run pretty much anything I need to and one big item like the AC, stove, or water heater. Very pleased with it!
Have yet to use it, I had a generac 6500-8000 that quit working, probably due to overload I wanted a larger size that will run my whole house, and after reading reviews on the 9500-12500 Westinghouse, I decided to go with this one. It has more features than comparable ones of this size. I gave it 4 stars because I have yet to use it
So far, very pleased with this generator. Purchased after Ida so we dont have to eve sleep at someone elses again when without power. The generator was very easy to do the very little amount of assembly (wheels and stands), and started without a problem. The push start and remote start are very simple, and remote start is quick and easy to set up. Cannot wait to put this thing to the test, but also dont want to have to use it too too soon hahaha. Delivery was amazing as well. It was placed under the carport out of the elements, and the boxing looked to be in great shape, which shows it was handled well during shipping, which took about 20 days. Very happy
