This generator came quicker than expected and in excellent condition. We haven't had to use it yet, when we do, I'm sure we will be very pleased with this product.

We bought this on a Friday Feb 18th, it said ship date wasn’t until Mar 9th. We came home and it had been delivered the following Tuesday!! Wow!! Just in time for the freezing rain we are getting!! Very happy customers

The hardest part of set-up was getting it off the truck! I put the wheels on, filled the motor oil, plugged in the battery, and it started. Now, if the power goes out, we'll have all our power needs met with the push of a button.

I recently purchased Model WGen9500 and have used it now several times. It started and ran as expected each time and met all my need for power. The product is high quality and it was a breeze to assemble the few items necessary to get it up and running. This is not my first generator having had the need for power after several Hurricanes in the past. I highly recommend this unit.

Unboxing was a breeze. Wheels popped right on, no need for any heavy lifting. Starts right up without issue. The remote start is a pretty cool feature. Plenty of outlets and power. Best generator I’ve ever had.
