Worked 1 Time and Now it Doesn't

I used this product during the aftermath of a hurricane a few months back. We now have a freeze predicted and it won't crank even with replacing battery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and easy to use

Earlier this month my wife and I bought this generator for our new house due to a couple extended losses of power. We also wired our house so we can just plug our generator into the outlet, throw a couple switches and boom power. Very easy to use and plenty of power for the things we need during outages.
I would recommend this to a friend!
