Just unboxed and are happy so far. The instructions were well put together. Filled the oil, added gas, opened the gas valve, connected the battery and pushed the start button. It started right up! Looking forward to seeing what it will do.

Set up was a snap

After losing power twice this year we decided on WGen 9500 to power our house in an emergency. Set up was simple. Delivery was to our garage. Everything was in the box (although the remote was a little hard to see). Will let you know more if we have a chance to use it.
