I recently purchased the 9500DF, it came when expected, easy to assemble, started right away. Powerful enough to run all that I want in the house, wheels make it easy to maneuver, I like the push button start. hope that I don't lose power, but this gives me peace of mind when that does happen.

Great Unit at a Great Price

I bought this to use during power outages. Unit is big enough to power almost all of the house. The large fuel tank reduces fueling time. Great generator.

Solid Unit - Fired right up - One Little Issue

Received today, shipping was a week later than originally stated - no big deal. The unit was clean, appears well made, fitting wheels/footrests was super easy, and fired right up. It is soon to evaluate the serviceability. One complaint - As I rolled the unit into the open to start it one wheel bearing fell apart. I am sure that customer service will do the right thing...

Super easy to assemble! Great instructions! Bought this in September 2021 just before a big storm came through. Didn’t lose power this time but glad I’m finally ready if I do.

The electric start and key fob are awesome!!!

Provides emergency power for my house - easily capable or running the HVAC and lights. Easy setup out of the box and it started on the fourth try with the key fob.
