Purchased 12/15/2021 did not need it until 2/3/2022 major ice storm lost power for 3 days and temp some nites low teens Machine worked perfectly Furnace, well, refrigerator and freezer microwave and other outlets worked Easy to move in and out of garage

After researching many generator brands and features, I purchased the Westinghouse wgen9500. I received it this morning. I unboxed it, installed the feet, wheels, and added the oil and gasoline, it started immediately. Runs quietly for this size generator. I highly recommend this product!

Just put it together only took a few minutes, added the oil and gas. Pushed the remote and fired right up, pugged a drill in everything seems to be running fine.

Generator arrived damaged but wouldn't be from shipping had to happen in the warehouse. Delivery driver was great. Going to hopefully set it up tomorrow and test it out
