Bought this generator for after hurricane ida runs everything I want it to with ease the remote start is awesome as well saves me a trip outside in the rain

Just got my new wGen 9500 generator and so far so good starts right up and having a fib is nice haven’t had a chance to put som weight on it but I’m sure it’s going to be fine✅. My previous generator was also Westinghouse but it was 5500 running watts and I lived it

Was looking for a generator with both 30A and 50A connections and this fit the bill.
Plus I feel I can trust the Westinghouse brand over some of the random brands out there.

Simple to use and sturdy

We bought this generator in December 2021 after reading many reviews. It was easy to assemble and it is easy to use. It starts quickly and it is not too noisy. It seems quite sturdy and should last. It is housed in a small garage at the edge of the open door. The garage is 50 feet away from the house and we can barely ear it in the house. I have broken it in a few times for some hours and it runs fine. Will see how it will perform when we use it in a major power failure. We had an electrician install a special 50 amp box for the generator. The 50 feet wire to the garage was costly, specially since we went for a 50 amp installation as we want to be able to use some heaters.
