We bought this generator two months ago, and I have finally had time to open the box. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. Directions are clear and even I was able to put the wheels on and program the remote. There were no steps skipped in the directions, and they assumed that you knew nothing, which was perfect for me.
After putting oil and gas in the generator, I open the fuel valve, pressed start and Wala! It started on the first push button. I ran it about 10 minutes and put it back in the garage. Actually, I hope I never need to use it because we bought it in case of hurricanes

I’ve had it one year with no trouble during the maintenance use only. Only running it as required to keep the fuel system clean. The purchasing set up was very good and so far customer support over email or telephone has been acceptable. Time will tell how it runs under emergency use and long-term maintenance. I did have one problem with it starting up on electric start but I manually push the choke to the far close position and then it worked on automatic start.
I would recommend this to a friend!
