Being in SW Louisiana with Hurricanes and Ice storms our old generator needed to be replaced. Although we loved our old one (which was another top brand) we decided on this one and couldn't be happier with it.

Ordered online from a home supply store. Setup was very straight forward and took about 20 minutes. I really like the voltage output on the display panel and the remote starter. Starts easily and is not too loud. I have a transfer switch on my home for 30 AMP service. I like that it also has ability to supply 50 AMP service - though I don't have a need for it. Supplying 9500 running WATTS should be adequate to supply everything I need for a power outage. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

I bought this unit as a back up power source for my home. It comes with all the bells and whistles you would need. The assembly and operation manuals are easy to read and understand. Assembly only consists of putting on the wheels and 2 feet. The unit is a little heavy but easy enough to move around. The 3 starting options are nice. It has a remote start FOB, pull chord and electronic push button. All and all, a nice unit.

lots of features with electric start

I purchased this product for the versatility and ease of operation. the capability of installing a transfer switch was a selling point for me. After adding fuel and oil it started on the first push of the electric start button. Very quit running with a large fuel tank.
