This was my first generator and I've been very happy with it so far. I use it to run my honey extraction room and it does a great job.

Great investment

I live in the Houston area and during hurricane season power goes out quite often when it rains hard. I purchased this generator on May 2022 and it works great. I have 2 AC units and I’m able to power one at a time plus all the downstairs of my house without any problems. I really like the remote start feature. I recommend this product 100% plus it is at a decent range price wise.

After a recent storm left us without power for 24 hours we knew we needed a generator. A fantastic, easy to use product at a great price. The remote start is awesome.

Nice purchase sleek machine

My WGEN9500 was purchased online on Monday they delivered it on Friday. Easy set up came with oil, wrenches, wheels, and battery. Starts 3 ways all started the generator with no problem! Has lots of handy features plus a very generous warranty program of 3 years motor and gen. Well worth the money!!!

Nice complete package

Complete with wheels, handle, oil, wrenches, battery, battery charger and a remote starter. Didn't need to buy anything else. As a bonus it's also more compact than the 5500 watt generator it is replacing.

I purchased this generator due to it's electric start. Due to my age I am unable to start a pull start generator. I love that I only have to push a button to start this one.
