Started Up Immediatelly

We upgraded to this more powerful W.Gen9500 generator after experiencing a few hurricanes here in South Texas and realizing we needed more generator power for the appliances we wanted to run during an outage. It arrived on time and in good shape and started up immediately. We bought an adapter (shown as optional purchase) and added it to the end of our extension cord to allow for multiple plug in options. Rated 4 star because we actually have not had occasion to use it yet. Hopefully, it will turn out to be a 5-star product!

Great generator for the price

Just bought this so can't say much to longevity yet, but is a well built generator, set up was easy and starts up and runs great, with some nice features. Had a little damage was shipping and customer service was great to deal with!!

More than expected

Have not had emergency situation or a job big enough to use it yet, but I had to use it. I had fridge, freezer chest, sump pump, electric heater and a large room ac all running at same time and this beast didn't skip a beat. It should be in every home.

awesome Generator

I bought generator to power my whole house. Electrician did the work and installed a interlock and breakers at the panel.No more worries about power outage and loss of food in freezer and fridge.

My main concern during a power outage is heat or a/c. This unit does it for us! Super easy set up and I love the remote starter! Great investment!
