Expect Great Things

I just got my new Westinghouse generator, and I have been impressed with the quality, and appreciate all the items included that will help me maintain this beautiful piece of equipment. I will feel better knowing that next time I won't have to worry about our dogs, and ourselves not getting overheated in this desert heat. Or for my wife's insulin going bad.

Power outage due to high winds and heat lasting several days. This time we have our new Westinghouse Generator WGen9500. Life is back to normal

Received this unit a.m. of August 29th. Late that afternoon wind and thunderstorms knocked power out. Wife and I uncreated, assembled, added oil, and gas. Started and ran perfectly. We used it for 10 hours before power came back on. Had electrician install 50 amp receptacle. Very pleased with unit. Sure it’ll get much more use.

Easy to set up and operate.

Within 30 minutes you are up and running. I chose to use the 50 amp vs the 30 amp so I could make sure to run my whole manufactured home which is about 150 square feet and was able to run the whole house with air conditioning also and had plenty to spare.

Good Generator

I bought this generator in January of 2021. I needed it twice since then, the first time no issues at all, the second time I couldn't get it to start. It could be me but when trying to start it the battery died.... when it did work it did power up my entire home. Guess I need to read up on keeping this item at the ready for when it's needed.

So far this generator sucks.

So far it’s sucks. The push button start won’t start it and the pull start doesn’t start it. It just just keeps cycling when I hit the push button and the pull start hasn’t work yet. Also it’s brand new there’s nothing reason why it shouldn’t start. I shouldn’t have to adjust anything for it to start right out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
