It shipped quick and assembled quickly. It looks well and fired right up. The oil was supplied and I only had to supply fuel. First impressions is very good however, if it is still running well 5 years from now I will say it is a 5 star generator

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am happy I bought this generator because now my electrician can install transfer switch and be ready for any power outage. It has a button to start so I don't have to learn to crank this generator to start.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unboxed the generator and had it up and running within 45 minutes. Directions where clear and easy to follow. I will be hooking up to main electrical panel for whole house support.

Recieved my Wgen9500 generator today. assembly instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The quality exceeded what I was expecting. Start up was simple and fast. Haven't put it under a full load as of yet but have no doubts to what the performance will be. Glad I checked all brands before buying and deciding to buy the Wgen 9500. Very happy customer.

I broke down finally and bought a generator. After much research I chose the WGEN9500. Glad I did. All the power I need, easy to set up , and more importantly easy to start and maintain. Solid product

We just purchased this generator. It was delivered to us in a timely fashion. What a pleasure when we got it all set up in it's new home and it started right up! We have installed a transfer switch in the house and tested everything. Happy to report everything is functioning quite nicely!
