The generator started on the first try. I love the automatic disconnect of the load while the engine is starting and stopping.

we purchased this item 11/25/2022. had a mishap, the item was damaged and we paid to have it repaired. it starts easily and not loud at all. having a whole home receptacle installed

Arrived yesterday in great shape. Just finished mounting wheels, legs and adding the oil. Very straghtforward and easy. Good looking machine and appears well built. I'll connect the battery and start it for the first time tomorrow. Single didgets forcast here for the weekend and i'ts great feeling to know I have backup for heat, lights and entertainment.

My first generator

I purchased W gen9500 months ago and I am just taking it out of the box. It was easy to operate and has an remote start key. This is great ! I’m now prepare for winter storm and hurricane weather here in Texas.
