We have what are becoming regular power outages. In preparation for this year's events, we bought this generator. Arrived in about a week. Straight forward assembly.; put oil and gas in; started right up. So far, so good.

I am very pleased with the W9500. The shipping was fast, setup was easy, and all tools/hardware required were included. Looking forward to the peace of mind during hurricane season.

Purchased this because living in Houston area in Hurricane Season or during the latest Texas Ice Storm and strong dependable generator is what is needed. this one is very powerful. I love the easy start and the remote start

Neighbor purchased a similar model for emergency home purposes. Worked great for him so I am doing the same thing. Do not need my sump and fridge/freezer to go south on me. 4 star no due to neighbor. Haven't tested it out in a power outage yet.
