So glad I bought this!

Easy to set up and use. Followed directions and everything was as described. Started right up and ran like a champ. had to remember to reset the ground faults on the outlets

Surprising Quite

A lot quieter than smaller load Generators, that I've seen. Robust construction, and easily moved, very maneuverable for a generator with this capacity.

Excellent until the key fob stopped working

The generator worked fine for a day or two then the panel light started to go off working intermittently.. after the third week the panel light stopped working completely and would not start even by manually pulling …I know electronics can be finicky and one bad part can ruin the whole pot of soup… but we are off grid and rely heavily upon the generator when the sun is scarce…

Very pleased with the build quality of this generator. It seems very well built and has a ton of extra features that I didn’t even know about. The remote start is nice and the electric start battery is fully included and works great! Like other reviews mention, make sure to check the oil level after you put what is included in the engine. I bought 2 of these and they both filled up to the top of the L mark on the dipstick, so I added a bit extra to get it further up the dipstick on both units. Overall excellent generator at an even better price compared to other brands!

Best class generator for the money hands down

After doing a couple of months of research I decided to go with Westinghouse. I got the wgen9500 and could not be happier. Very well built and pretty much runs the whole house!
