Great generator

I replaced my old generator with this Westinghouse WGen9500, I am very happy with it. The wheels and feet were very easy to install, then I just filled up the oil, add gas and it started right away on the first try. I did not have any problems. I really like the remote start feature. I researched lots of generator brands and I am very happy I chose Westinghouse

Just what we needed

Generator arrived quickly and well packaged. It was very easy to do the little assembly required (wheels). The electric start feature is fantastic - no more trying to jerk on a pull cord in the dark or bad weather (my shoulder appreciates this). Overall, this is a very good purchase and investment since we live in a hurricane zone.

My hubby and I are so glad we purchased the Gen9500. After last year's hurricane season, we refused to go another year without. After researching, this met all of my husband's standards equipped with everything we were looking for.. and more!

I bought this 6 months ago to run my welder and to back up my house in an emergency. It handles the welder with no problem. I have not used it for back up power yet though. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great value high quality

I purchased smaller model years ago in Florida for hurricane backup after much research and was extremely happy with both the quality and how quietly it ran. Because of our previous good experience with the Westinghouse brand of generators and with all of the added features that are on the new models there was no question about purchasing this model.

Great generator

I brought this due to recent power outages. It has enough power to run my entire home which is what I wanted from a generator. It is loud (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) similar to a lawn mower but I think that is the trade off to get the required power to run a home. Overall very happy it has a lot of options for powering things and the electric start is a great feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!
