Product arrived and was packaged well for transport.
Like supporting doucumentation that came with product.
50 amp power plug is in a bad spot. Difficult to connect power cord.
Power cord rubs on tire. Had to take tire off in order to connect.
looking forward to using product .

Just purchased this generator. We will be testing it out soon. Item arrived on time with no physical issues and we can’t wait to get it started so we are ready for hurricane season.

Damaged Container

As stated, delivery was good, but the container was heavenly damaged. I called the trucking company to report it before I opened the container. They instructed me to open and report any damage. It turned out there was no damage to report.

Generator was delivered before expected date. Instructions were very simple to follow. The assembly was very easy and quick. Filled with oil and gas and it started immediately. I let it run for a few minutes for break in. I then plug in items to test load and had no issues at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a W9500 a couple weeks ago, and right out of the box you could tell it was really well built. Basically all I had to do was dump oil in the engine, gas in the tank, plug in the battery and press the start button. It fired right up! Puts out plenty of power and is easy on fuel. Compared to competitors, it's a bargain for the power and quality you are getting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
