Powerful dual fuel generator

I purchased this generator to run my home in the event of a power outage in Illinois. This has already come to serve us in a 3-day power outage from straight-line wind storm. The generator ran practically my whole home. I was able to run my furnace, refrigerator, garage, stove & bedrooms. I run gas stove, water heater, LED lights, etc so it did take up too much wattage. I shut it off at the broker when we are running on the generator & individually run items. I am very happy with this generator so far!

Bought 2 months ago, and all is as advertised. Starts and runs great, and runs my well pump on 30amps, as well as power equipment. Also runs everything on my my BIG RV, with 2 ACs, using the 50amp outlet. Covers all my needs as advertised!

Gas gauge not covered

I bought this generator and put half a tank of gas. When we moved the generator the gas spills out of the gas gauge. I am told the generator has to be level when moved except there’s only 2 wheels so you have to pick up on one side so it won’t be level. Since there is no cover on the gas gauge and it is open to the tank we will also get dirt and dust in the gas tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got a great deal on this generator. The duel fuel choice allows me to use what fuel source have. It also lets me choose the best fuel value at the moment.

Perfect size and capability

This is perfect for managing our needs at the house in case of power outages. It will run our well and heat pump. Additionally, it fits into the storage space in our 5th wheel camper, giving us more options for where we can stay.

I bought the product three weeks ago and it was easy to assemble. It fired up on the first try. Have not connected anything to it because I didn’t get the power cord with it.
I contacted Westinghouse and their customer service was great. Hopefully I’ll be getting the power soon and putting this beast to the test. More to come….
