Great generator

I bought this generator on 7-30-2023 and it arrived at my home on 8-7-2023. I had not even opened the shipping box before we had a strong storm to knock out our electric !!!
We arrived home late ( in the dark-no electricity ) and first thing next morning we unpacked the generator and had power within 30 minutes !!! The unit works great !!!

Very well built down to the welds of the frame. They must have been listening to customers reviews because the 50 amp plug is no longer sitting above the wheel. That caused major issues with very thick cables. Tons of features for the money. I almost can't wait for the next hurricane to put this through its paces. Very happy with my purchase and would buy from again.

Just received the generator today. WGen9500C. Shipping was fast and delivered with no apparent damage. Put it together and put oil in it as instructed. Battery needed charging and I have it charging overnight. Have not been able to run it, thus the 4-star rating.
Once running and operating correctly, I'll update the rating as necessary.

Excellent power from this unit . Hooked up to my transfer switch and tried out .
240 volt well pump , sump pump, refrigerator , t.v. with 3 outher outlets .
Ran strong with no problems .
Great price . Looks great . Very happy with generator .

Great Unit

I bought this unit 2 weeks ago and have loved it. After I completed the break-in period, I was able to run my entire house which is 2,800 square foot. Some things I couldn't run at the same time (microwave and AC unit) but for the most part it is a life saver. Very pleased with the remote start.

Large Generator

Large enough to power my heat pump/ air conditioner and electric stove. Thinking of installing a transfer switch to my electric box and devote a lawn wagon for transport in the yard
