We do a lot of research before we buy. Husband was very happy with the specs, I was very pleased with the price. Just got it put together today and got it fired up. Works good so far!

I just bought the generator replacing my 35-year-old generator. Out of the box it started right-up. I think it will carry the load of my home in Central Florida. My AC is 5280w, might have to shut off the W/H so I can keep refrigerator running. Doing load test tomorrow.

First time generator buyer

Great product, great instructions on putting together with supplied tool kit. Easy and only took 10 minutes. Put the supplied oil in and gas in the tank. used the remote start and it fired right up. We are now ready for the power outages from the storms.

Reading other customers reviews, I chose this brand and size. It has the running wattage I need to power up the HVAC unit from which my previous north star 8500 would not.
