easy and quick setup

Easy operation, when I couldn't find the remote start fob, company was friendly and helped me locate it. Nice that it comes with a bottle of oil.

I've been very pleased with WGen9500. Set-up was straightforward and the unit is relatively quiet and powerful.

Luckly I haven't had a power outage yet but I have hooked it up twice to test it out and it worked perfectly both times. I killed power to the house powered up the Generator put the house on it,ran A/C,Hot water heater and ran water until the pump came on and it handled it fine. Really pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good purchase

Overall very happy with purchase, have not had to use yet but set up was pretty easy although it was a little glitchy with the remote start set up and we had to call for tech support. We followed the directions on the manual but it needed to charge for a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was easy to put on the wheels, add oil (the full bottle), and move into location. Battery connection was a very easy plug in, and it was charged to power the unit upon arrival.
