This shipped on a well packed pallet, arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy. If you use the folding arm, this generator moves with ease. I bought this model to cover frequent power outages.

Product (WGen9500c) is as advertised. Heavy construction. Well packaged. Wheel kit easy to install. Came with engine oil, funnel, spark plug wrench, open end wrench and a battery charger. Manual is very good and loaded with safety information. Delivery was actually a day earlier than first estimated. Was really impressed by the many reviews by others, giving high rating. Haven't had time to put it to the test yet, but anticipate its performance to be as expected. if anything less, then will re-post a review. My 5 star review is based on the quality of product thus far.

Problem staying on

Used for 2 hours after I received product. Worked great.
Then our power went out on 8/26/2023.
Started generator and would run for 10 - 20 seconds then shut off.
I am calling customer service on 8/28/2023 to discuss

Bought this after continuous power outages. Still undecided if I should Have went with the dual fuel but I’m happy so far.
