Upon setting it up for the first time it is leaking badly from the fuel cut off valve
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this during the snow power outage we had and this thing works like a champ. It ran my central heat and air for 4 days straight no issues.

Hefty Machine

Just bought this and put it together, which was incredibly easy. Haven't needed it yet but am positive it will power what we need and then some! Packaing was great, all parts were present and in perfect condition, they also include the oil & funnel, AC adapter and the tool kit needed! SIMPLE! The remote start will be an absolute game changer when needed during outages and storms!
The only reason why it has 4 stars and not 5 is I haven't needed to use it in a real outage situation yet and didn't feel I could give an honest review about that part of it yet.

So Far So Good

We purchased this generator several months ago after experiencing numerous power outages in our neighborhood. After researching several options, we chose this one for the capacity and features. Love the remote start feature! It came in an open frame with wheels which makes it very easy to maneuver and it is easy to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped Working after 1.5 years

Have only had this thing a year and a half. The push start doesn’t work and when starting it manually it runs for about 15 seconds and then dies. Have only used it once other than monthly maintenance runs
