I just received the product last week. I have not had to use it but it is prepared for use. Much quieter than my last one from 10 years ago.

The WGen9500 is solid, dependable and quiet. We needed greater output than the smaller wattage generator we purchased many years ago. I am impressed with its many features and with how quietly it runs.

Using it now for my rental during a power outage. Easy to use enough to trust my rental guests to operate it. The remote start is pretty luxurious!
