Bought this to replace my old generator that would not run my whole house now I'm ready for the next power outage should be able to run everything in the house

START UP problems on gasoline!!

I just recieved our new WGEN9500DFc.
I did everything according to the instructs for set up. I put gas in and tried to crank it. Motor turned over but would not crank. I connected propane and it cranked right up. I had my 30yr handy man with me. We checked all procedures. Unit seemed fine on propane. NOTHING on gas. I called the customer service number. They said it could take a while for a tech response. Like how long? 21 DAYS , WHAT ???!!!! I think I like the unit, but I got dual fuel because that's what I wanted. I expect it to work and not have to wait 21 DAYS!!! I hope they call me soon.
I will rate it at another time.

USER FRIENDLY!

I just powered up my new W Gen 9500 generator. This is my first generator, and I am a woman and a senior so I wanted something that I could operate without help. It is heavy but it has a great padded handle, and it does move quite easily. Two must have features which I may add were selling points for me are the push button start button and the remote key fab which will allow me to turn the generator on and off from inside of my home! Imagine how great that would be during inclimate weather! This generator runs with a little less noise too. I have some peace of mind knowing that I have a power back up when the next storm and power outage comes along!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a Westinghouse inverter and a pressure washer….not sure I’ll ever trust another brand again after the quality I get from Westinghouse products!! I bought the WGen9500c to power my whole house for a long period and it did not disappoint!!! Wired everything up and was running my entire house off the generator for 3 hours and it barely lifted a finger!!! The remote start works perfectly and everything was a very simple setup!! I’ll always trust Westinghouse!!!

Corrosion on battery and connector.

Quite a bit of corrosion already right out of the box “brand new”. We will see if they stand behind and send another battery and connector
