There when you need it

I purchased this WGen9500 generator a few weeks ago.I have done a fake drill power outage and this generator is capable of doing my house plus my well pump which I'm very happy for.I ran it for over an hour and no problems what so ever! I know they make bigger and smaller generators but this WGen9500 with peak of 12500 is just right size for my house and even got some spare power.Wonderful machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not working properly when I first started it up

I just received the generator yesterday and ran it today. The engine runs fine but the power output is not constant. I contacted customer service and will hear back in a couple of days as to what to do. Depends on the outcome as to whether I can adjust my rating and recommend to a friend

Just the right size generator

I purchased this generator to power my garage until the permanent power is hooked up.
Received it today, the instructions were easy to read, it came with oil for the engine. I Installed the wheels, hooked up the battery and added gas, it started right up and I used it for about 2 hours to power my saws and compressor. I’m happy!!! When the permanent power is hooked up I plan on using it for a back up for the house if the power should go out.
Very happy with my generator so far and just to let you know it can be moved very easily and I would recommend this product.

I bought this unit after a heavy rain storm and tornado outbreak downed power lines all over the county. The power was out for 48 hours and then intermittent while new poles were being placed for a total of 5 days without reliable power. I chose the 9500c to ensure I could run most equipment in the house for extended outages. I am happy with the ease of assembly and the clarity of the owners manual. Detailed instructions on short term storage and long term. There is a separate quickstart procedure sheet with a complete maintenance schedule on the back. Assembly tools are included. It is very heavy but the wheels seem very heavy duty and hold the weight, making this easy to roll out. Remember to always get bigger than you think you need so you have room to add and not have to get another generator.

Awful

Since day one I've had issues with missing pieces for the wheels I've had issues with the breakers I've had issues getting it to run my Rv the way it should its now not even wanting to produce power and im getting beyond frustrated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
