Great features and design

Got the 9500 a few weeks ago. Shipping and delivery went smoothly, unpacking and set-up were easy, and it fired up on the first try. Great to have it here... totally worth going up one model. Ready for whatever this nor'easter season throws at us.

I had been looking for some time to purchase a generator for home use . After a lot of research I settled on the wgen9500 and So far I am very pleased with the purchase . The remote start makes life so much easier and the various outlets provides plenty of options for my needs with up to 12,500 peak watts . I would definitely recommend this product

Easy Start, Good Features

Just received the generator, set it up and tested it. The manual walked me through each step with no issues. The only problem was getting it into position to install the wheels; took a little thought. It is heavy.

Heavy and Loud, but runs my whole house!

Heavy product but once the wheels and feet are installed it is much easier to move around. The plastic wheels don't give me much confidence, however, that they will last long. It is loud, but it is a 12KW generator! But...It runs my 4 ton AC and most everything else in my house so I am very pleased with it..for now!
